MAINTENANCE
We offer weekly maintenance services to our clients. Maintenance is done on a contract basis, with contracts starting April 1 and running to October 31. Our maintenance services include lawn cutting, trimming, and upkeep of gardens and ponds. Upon request we will trim and prune your bushes and trees, for an additional fee.
Our maintenance contracts INCLUDE spring and fall clean-ups up until October 31. Any work beyond that date is an extra charge.
We are willing to work with you to create a contract that best suits your needs. Contact the office for more information if you are interested in a maintenance contract.
After we have discussed a maintenance plan with you, the contract will take effect on the date we agreed on. Depending on your needs, we will be showing up once a week. Two or three of our qualified employees will start by cutting your grass. There will be a zero-turn, a push mower, and a line trimmer. When the cutting is done, we will move on to the gardens, which includes weeding and/or pruning. When all those tasks are finished, we will use our leaf blower and blow off all your driveways and patios to ensure there is no grass where it shouldn't be.
Spring Clean-up
In the spring, you may have noticed that your yard and gardens look unkempt from a whole season covered in snow. That is where we come in. If you had your trees wrapped for the winter we will unwrap them for you. Spring clean up also includes the cut back of plants, uncovering and cleaning ponds, and cleaning up excess leaves from the fall that are in your gardens or on your lawn.
This service is included in our maintenance contract, but we are more than happy to provide a one time clean-up outside of a contract. We also offer eavestrough cleaning and lawn fertilizing for an extra charge.
Fall Clean-up
When the leaves start falling at the end of the summer we can be there to help you. We will clean up your fallen leaves weekly when we show up to cut your grass. This ensures that you don't have an accumulation of leaves. We will also be cutting back perennials in your garden to get ready for the winter. You can rest assured that all your gardens, trees, and plants are safe during the winter. We are happy to assist you with any other yard closing tasks you might have for us.
This service is included in our maintenance contract, but we are more than happy to provide a one time clean-up outside of a contract. We offer tree and bush wrapping for an extra charge.
